This will prevent the software from calling for a higher voltage than necessary in the best case, and calling for dangerously high voltage in the worst case. When using synthetic benchmarks to test stability you will always want to have your voltage in manual mode.
Voltage is the only parameter that will effect temperature aside from physical aspects like thermal paste, fan RPM, etc. Without knowing where your Vcore is at, and what mode you have selected (manual, adaptive, auto), there is no way for anyone to definitively tell you whether or not the temperatures you are getting are acceptable. Watch all of the videos, don't skip portions. and dont understand the whole vcore thing.ĭon't attempt to OC without knowing what you're doing beforehand.
